CONA CONVENTION REGISTRATION FEES:

CONA members receive discounted rates for convention registration fees. Once the ballroom seating is SOLD OUT, further admissions will not be available. Sorry, but once the hotel rooms are SOLD OUT, attendees will have to make other arrangements with other local hotels. Registration fees can be paid using on-line PAY-PAL, or sending a check to: CONA, 2048 Montrose Ave., Montrose, CA. 91020.

CONA Global Registration Fees Global registration fee includes CEU credits for all 12 hours, course materials and membership luncheon.

Segmented Registration Fees Segmented registration fee only includes the classes paid for.

CONA has applied for 12 hours of CE for Chiropractic in all 50 states.

There will be a 10 minute recess between each class to visit exhibitors.
